Founding Fathers

IHN Bible College bagan as a ministry of Oregon Grace, founded in 2001 by Dr. Thomas Moore and Dr. Terry Shields. Shortly after the Corporation name was changed to IHN Bible, Inc. and has remained the same ever since. It is a blanket corporation covering several ministries. One of which is IHN Bible College.

The online college (as it was designed and intended to always be) has undergone many changed throughout the years, but it has always valued the core curriculum. However, in 2019, during the pandemic, God had other plans for our college.

The vision Dr. Thomas had was always to be online. He never thought or dreamed of having physical locations around the world. Yet, God had other plans. Being contacted by Dr. Benjamin Elunga W'Elunga from the Nyarugusu Refugee Camp in Tanzania, he was asked to partner with Dr. Benjamin in opening a college branch there in Tanzania.

Education Explosion

With our prayers, faith, and efforts by Dr. Benjamin and Dr. Thomas, IHN Bible College became an actual place where studetns could go and get a formal education based soley on the Word of God. More branches we open in several African countries, including the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Many students have stated they had never experienced God's Word the way it was being taught and were excited to learn more.

Many of the students are untrained pastors, counselors, and church leaders. Their own experiences in the churches lead to many questions and educational moments. They began to see how God works in the life of the believer, especially when they know the truth of God's Word.

The Bible, God's Word, is the only source of truth in which we teach.
